Product Introduction
The dispersed flow aerator consists of components such as a toothed aeration head, toothed perforated dispersion cover, flow guide plate, air inlet pipe, and locking nut. Made from molded fiberglass or ABS, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. The toothed dispersion cover is inverted umbrella-shaped, with aeration holes at the center of the umbrella to supplement air and uniformly distribute it across the entire cover, reducing energy consumption and evenly mixing water and air. This design minimizes the aerator's requirement for installation levelness. The periphery of the dispersion cover features downwardly inclined锯齿 to further cut bubbles. Air enters from the top and is repeatedly cut, enhancing oxygen utilization efficiency.
Product Features
1. Intense liquid mixing transports gas from the pipeline to the aerator, passing through a Æ25 inner hole and the锯齿 aeration head for the first gas切割. After being dispersed by the cover and cut again by the peripheral锯齿, it drives the surrounding static water upward, causing vigorous gas-liquid mixing due to energy differences. Additionally, since the aerators are distributed at the pool bottom, the rising bubbles and descending water flow create counter-currents, further enhancing gas-liquid mixing and accelerating the renewal of the water film at the gas-liquid interface.
2. After two rounds of锯齿 cutting and gas-liquid mixing, the bubble diameter decreases, increasing the gas-liquid contact area and facilitating oxygen transfer.
3. The diffusion effect of the dispersion cover spreads the initially concentrated gas stream into a cylindrical shape, altering the gas distribution state at the pool bottom and expanding the distribution area. This intensifies bubble diffusion and gas-liquid mixing at the bottom, further improving aeration and oxygenation.
